On October 14, 2011, SAP AG, a stock corporation organized under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (SAP), issued a press release (the Press Release) announcing SAPs preliminary financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2011. The Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
