Intelsat S.A. issued a press release on December 11, 2014, announcing the appointment of Stephen Spengler as Deputy Chief Executive Officer effective on December 11, 2014 and as Chief Executive Officer effective on April 1, 2015. David McGlade will remain as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until April 1, 2015, at which time he will transition to the position of Executive Chairman. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit to this Report on Form 6-K.
