(the “Company”) will be held on June 4, 2019, at the offices of Perkins Coie LLP, 1201 Third Avenue, 49th Floor, in Seattle, Washington at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). Proposals to be considered at the Annual Meeting: (1) to elect four directors nominated by our board of directors—one to serve until the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and three to serve until the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders; and (2) to ratify the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019.
