GOLDCORP TO RELEASE THIRD QUARTER RESULTS NOVEMBER 14th, 2006

Vancouver, BC, October 12, 2006 - Goldcorp Inc. (TSX: G; NYSE: GG) will release third quarter results after market close on Tuesday, November 14th, 2006.
