ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 31, 2006 Haemonetics Corporation (the "Company") issued a press
release announcing financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended
December 31, 2005. A copy of the release is furnished with this report as
exhibit 99.1.
