Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On November 6, 2017, General Mark R. Hamilton notified the Board of Directors of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a member of the Board, effective immediately. General Hamilton’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
