Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 27, 2017, Kathleen Earley resigned from her position as director of the Board of Directors of Digital Realty Trust, Inc., to be effective as of January 1, 2018. The Board of Directors thanks Ms. Earley for her fourteen years of service.
