Item 2.03             Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.

On January 31, 2017, the Company, through a wholly owned subsidiary, borrowed $22.0 million under a loan agreement secured by two Airbus A320 aircraft. The notes bear interest at a floating rate based on LIBOR and will be payable in quarterly installments through January 2022. The proceeds from the loan will be used for general corporate purposes.
