On July 27, 2018, FactSet Research Systems Inc. (the “Company” or “FactSet”) issued a press release to announce that Helen Shan will join as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) in September 2018. Maurizio Nicolelli, the Company’s current CFO, will assist with the orderly transition of responsibilities.
