Item 8.01 – Other Events
On March 25, 2011, Peoples Bancorp Inc. issued a news release announcing the Board of Directors declared a first quarter 2011 dividend of $0.10 per common share and announcing the anticipated date for the release of first quarter 2011 earnings. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this current Report on Form 8-K.
