On July 30, 2008, Express Scripts, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding its second quarter financial results, which press release was included as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed July 30, 2008 (the “Press Release”).  In addition to the 2008 guidance information included in the Press Release, the Company also expects EBITDA per adjusted claim for 2008 to increase consistent with its guidance for earnings per share.
