On November 30, 2017, Service Corporation International (SCI) notified its named executive officers that their employment agreements were being extended to December 31, 2018. The named executive officers and the material terms of their employment agreements are summarized in SCI’s proxy statement filed March 30, 2017 under “Executive Compensation Tables - Executive Employment Agreements”, which is incorporated by reference herein.
