Mexico City, April 30, 2012 - Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (“Televisa”; NYSE:TV; BMV:TLEVISA CPO) today announced that, as required, the company’s Form 20-F has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The document is also available in the company’s corporate website at www.televisair.com.
