(1) 25,000 stock options to purchase common shares ("Common Shares") of Mitel Networks Corporation (the "Company") were granted to Mr. Pethakas on November 9, 2016. 1,562 options are scheduled to vest on February 9, 2017 and vest in approximately equal installments every three months thereafter until November 9, 2020.
