Item 8.01. Other Events.
     Gary Quinn, executive vice president for indirect business operations of CA, Inc. (“Company”), has decided to leave the Company to spend more time with his family. George Kafkarkou will assume responsibility for the Company’s indirect sales efforts on an interim basis while the Company conducts a search for a replacement. Mr. Kafkarkou has been heading the Company’s Consumer business and Small to Medium-sized Business for the past few years and has extensive experience in the indirect business.
