DISCLOSURE OF PRESS RELEASE
     On February 17, 2010, The Economic Times issued an article about the embezzlement of money by an employee of Wipro Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India (the “Company”), and the Company’s subsequent review of its internal procedures in connection therewith. A copy of the article is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
