New Mountain Wealth Solutions is led by industry veteran Raleigh Peters, who serves as Head of Wealth Solutions and is responsible for helping to build and lead New Mountain’s business serving the private wealth industry. Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Peters worked at Blackstone as Head of Global Strategic Partnerships within Private Wealth Solutions and was previously a Managing Director at JPMorgan Asset Management, responsible for leading the Independent Broker/Dealer distribution channel.

In addition to Mr. Peters, New Mountain Wealth Solutions has assembled a team of eight dedicated professionals over the past twelve months to focus on client engagement, operations, and support. Additions to the Wealth Solutions team include:

• Chris George, Director, will represent New Mountain’s investment strategies for the Western US. He joined the firm from Carlyle where he served as a Vice President and Client Relationship Manager in their Global Wealth segment.
• Shayne Matthis, Director, will represent New Mountain’s investment strategies for the Great Lakes region after previously leading Alternative Investment Distribution for the Midwest at Nuveen and serving as Advisor Consultant on their Wealth Advisory Services Team.
• Kevin McNutt, Director, will represent New Mountain’s investment strategies for the Southeast region of the US. He joined the firm from CAIS, where he led their Business Development team in the Southern US.
• Scott Schoenfeld, Director, will represent New Mountain’s investment strategies for the Central part of the country after previously serving as a Senior Regional Director at Voya Investment Management.
• John Camperlengo, Vice President, joined the team from Blackstone where he spent seven years serving in both fundraising and investor services capacities within the firm’s Private Wealth Solutions group.
• Nick Argentieri, Associate, will support the Wealth Solutions team and joined the firm from BlackRock, where he spent nearly three years across Analyst and Associate roles.

In addition, the team is supported by Michael McCarthy, a Managing Director in Operations with nearly twenty years of experience at New Mountain, and Sara McNaughton, a Vice President in Business Development who joined the firm in 2017.
