JD.com to Hold Annual General Meeting on June 21, 2023

BEIJING, May 22, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JD.com, Inc. (the “Company” or “JD.com”) (Nasdaq: JD; HKEX: 9618), a leading supply chain-based technology and service provider, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders (the “AGM”) at Building A, No. 18 Kechuang 11 Street, Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Daxing District, Beijing, People’s Republic of China, on June 21, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).

Holders of record of Class A ordinary shares and Class B ordinary shares of the Company at the close of business on May 19, 2023 (Hong Kong time) are entitled to notice of, to attend and vote at, the AGM or any adjournment or postponement thereof. Holders of the Company’s American depositary shares (“ADSs”) as of the close of business on May 19, 2023 (New York time), who wish to exercise their voting rights for the underlying Class A ordinary shares, must act through the depositary of the Company’s ADS program, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas.

The Company has filed its annual report on Form 20-F, including its audited financial statements, for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
