BIA also said that it will certify its sales professionals “so that the entire project lifecycle is managed by staff members who have proven knowledge in multiple facets of e-discovery."
BIA now requires CEDS certification for all its Project Managers, Advisors and Professional Services Managers, and will offer the CEDS credential to other members of its professional services team.
