PRLog - Jun 11, 2013 - HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. -- Ageless Grace, LLC announces its second annual Ageless Grace® Renew, Refresh and Retreat, a special event that will be held at Sanctuary in the Pines Retreat at Highland Lake Resort in Flat Rock, North Carolina (near Asheville) in the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The event convenes at 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 27th, and concludes at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 30th.
The Retreat will be a three-day play-conference and wisdom-gathering experience filled with inspiration, fun, movement, joy, grace and friendship. Special presentations will be conducted by Certified Ageless Grace® Educators, on such topics as: tai chi, Middle Eastern dance, gardening, aromatherapy, singing, diet and nutrition, art-making, and a variety of self-help treatments and personal growth methods aimed at encouraging vibrant health and well-being. Experience with Ageless Grace® is not required. It is open to everyone, of all ages and abilities.
The annual event, which boasts presenters from around the country, is attended by women from all around the world. It’s an opportunity to network and enjoy the company of others from a variety of backgrounds, with a vast array of life experiences.
