The Court of Appeals confirmed a decision by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on January 23, 2006, granting summary judgment of non-infringement of MicroStrategy U.S. Patent No. 6,279,033, and summary judgment of invalidity of the asserted claims of MicroStrategy U.S. Patents Nos. 6,658,432 and 6,567,796.
