Escondido Country Club is being completely liquidated, personal property will be sold via an online auction ending on November 20th in San Diego, CA.
PRLog - Nov. 5, 2013 - SAN DIEGO -- The Escondido Country Club and Golf Course has officially closed it’s doors to the public and is currently liquidating their assets. The club will be teaming up with local liquidators, Cal Auctions, to host an online auction, ending on November 20th, 2013.
The Escondido Country Club was a pillar of North County for 40+ years, but sadly closed in May of 2013. They are now in the processes of recovering from their foreclosure and the surrounding neighbors are glad to see some progress in a positive direction. Management's goal is to sell all the remaining items from inside the club house, and the public will have a chance to bid on them. "This is a necessary process to put the personal property back into the hands of the ultimate consumer, said Jason Hanks, GPPA, ATS, Owner of Cal Auctions.
Some of the notable items that will be sold are:
Complete Commercial Kitchen, Bar Equipment, Dining Tables and Chairs, Locker Rooms, Chandeliers, Outdoor Heaters, Barbeque, Office Equipment, a Large Banquet Tent & MORE.
Now, more than ever, people are doing their shopping online. Cal Auctions offers a unique service that allows customers purchase items from estates & businesses from the comfort of their own home. Cal Auctions online platform allows a much broader audience and will also help to facilitate shipping to buyers living outside of San Diego County.
Please visit www.calauctions.com for more information and photos on the sale. The address of the auction will be released prior to the onsite inspection that is scheduled from 8:00am to 4:00pm on November 19th.
