The Milwaukee REIA has a great event scheduled for May 3, 2014, which will cover “Building Your Business By Building Your Foundation”. Dan Kurszewski, who is a seasoned Real Estate Pro, will be making the presentation. He will address what to do and where to begin. Dan will explain why the first 30-days is critical in order to build a solid foundation. In the afternoon there will be a valuable presentation about “Wholesaling For Quick Cash”. In just a few hours, anybody can be ready to find deals, how to figure out if they are a legitimate chance to wholesale, and how to find people to wholesale to. A special treat is in store for May 13, 2014, and May 16, 2014, when Guest Speaker Duncan Wierman will be stopping by to discuss how to grow real estate businesses by developing online lead generating strategies.
