EAST PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND. July 7, 2014. The Wounded Warrior Project is there for members of the Military that need their aid, and now the public has an opportunity to be there for this worthy cause. Americans are honored to show their support for The Wounded Warrior Project, as is Euclid Financial Services, who is responsible for presenting their 2nd Annual Charity Car Show. Last year’s show was a huge success, and they have expanded the event in many ways.

Mark the calendar: The 2nd Annual Charity Car Show is scheduled for August 17, 2014, from 12PM to 5PM. The community is urged to get involved and participate in this great event. This is the type of event that creates lasting memories. The 100 classic cars that will be at the event will receive a gift bag, professional photo with their car and a calendar. There will also be a “Best In Show” winner with a cash prize and a trophy. All that is asked is that they make a $15.00 donation to Wounded Warrior. Also, the show features: 33 local business booths, 80 local business banners, a DJ and a live band. They will also have a VIP tent and plenty of food throughout the day. During the event, there will be prizes, raffles and give-a-ways, an inflatable jousting arena for fun, a caricature artist, plus so much more.

Local businesses have an unprecedented opportunity to participate with a Booth or Banner sponsorship and take advantage of the outstanding drive-by traffic of 140,000 vehicles on Pawtucket Avenue. The banners show their support to our country and our troops, plus a great charity write off, major media coverage, and will be prominently displayed for seven days. Their logo will be featured on the entrance banner, the 150 T shirts, and all the invitations that are mailed to Euclid’s clients. In addition, the coverage by TV Channels 6, 10, 12, The Rhode Show, and AM Radio, plus Euclid’s website and Facebook page provide a weekly coverage of over 600,000 people. Over 5,000 attendees are expected.

It is the generous, tax deductible donations to The Wounded Warrior Project that enables them to help thousands of injured warriors returning home from the current conflicts, and to provide assistance to their families. As the number of the wounded steadily rises, it is easy to see how the needs of these brave individuals also increase.
