Carter experienced being bullied when she was young. She wants women and girls to know that they do not have to put off their goals because of their size.

No longer is the luxury of being measured, being mad a fuss over and fitted for a customized outfit reserved for thin women.   

4 Divas For Divas is in its first year and boosts a line up of over 50 speakers. Together they are creating an online library of video mini-workshops, which can be accessed for free online. The Theme for the 2014 4 Divas 4 Divas conference is “Expand Your Horizon”. This is certain to happen with the addition of Cassandra Carter as one of the inspirational speakers.
