Packaging giants’ merger sheds light on this outperforming stock

The combined Rock-Tenn Co. and MeadWestvaco Corp. will have sales nearly twice as high as their next largest U.S. competitor, but Packaging Corp. of America has a stellar track record and a cheaper stock.
