PRLog - July 17, 2015 - NEWARK, N.J. -- Angelo Ellerbee, President/CEO of DoubleXXposure Media Relations, Inc., today announced that he is severing ties with the night club, Fever Bar & Lounge in Newark, New Jersey, and with its owner, Shaheer Williams, for reasons undisclosed. In his statement, Ellerbee first apologized to the LGBTQ Community and the Newark Residents for this unexpected turn of events: “At this time, it is the best interest of me and my company that I immediately terminate my business relationship with Shaheer Williams and any involvement with his future events, projects, or any activities related to his venue, Fever Bar & Lounge. I wish Shaheer all the best in his future endeavors.”

On July 6, 2015, Shaheer Williams and Angelo Ellerbee announced the launch of Fever Bar & Lounge as the newest LGBT hotspot in Newark, NJ, and a gala that was set for August 1, 2015. Ellerbee states that since his position as host of the event has ended, he is unaware of the current status of the gala or future events planned by Mr. Williams, nor is he to be henceforth associated with any.

Renowned for his PR firm as well as his social advocacy, Ellerbee’s plan to serve up entertainment and a safe haven to Newark’s partygoers remains intact, as he explains, “Nothing changes my desire to see a thriving LGBTQ establishment in my hometown, and I will continue to work towards supporting my community, just not via this event or venue. Once again, I extend my apologies to the LBGTQ community and my friends for this unexpected change of plans.”
