The Company would like to clarify the process of the distribution of Fernhill Beverage shares to V Group shareholders.

The official date of record is 10/31/2015. The distribution ratio is 10 to 1. For every 10 shares of V Group owned at the date of record, the shareholder will receive 1 share of Fernhill Beverage, Inc.

V Group Inc. is working directly with the Transfer Agents of V Group and Fernhill Beverage. The Transfer agents will be working directly with DTCC to distribute the shares.
