SAN DIEGO - July 21, 2016 - PRLog -- Who could have predicted that the powerful ingredients of nature Victoria was researching for beauty products would one day help heal her body & save her life.
"There is nothing more powerful than the ingredients nature gives us and that is why I am still alive today," shares Victoria.
She was hospitalized with an infection & Guillain-Barre syndrome, where the body attacks itself often times fatally, after an exposure to environmental toxins hidden within the walls of her home.
"No one knew how to fix me, they just saw my vitals shutting down; ironically my research regarding natural solutions for beauty products led me to Harvard trained Doctors who helped save my life. Since then I have been consumed by wanting to share the power of nature with our beautiful world," shares Victoria.
During her recovery, Victoria began a raw food diet rich in colorful vegetables, while also taking mineral supplements suggested by doctors for repairing her immune system.
"Interestingly, the minerals and raw vegetable foods I was eating were comprised primarily of the same elements our bodies and hair are made of," says Victoria.
"It all started coming together, the reasons why natural remedies were working was because we were giving the body back what it was made of, in order for it to do what it does best ... repair itself."
Victoria went on become Ms. California Shores 2016 as a testament to women, encouraging them to chase their dreams no matter what their losses in life.
"I knew giving up wasn't an option and after facing death, fear had no power and life was so beautiful; I had no choice but to run toward my dreams."
