Ecolab Inc. announced today, that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Site Controls, LLC, a leading provider of energy management and business intelligence solutions. Under terms of the agreement, Ecolab will make a minority investment in Site Controls and create a joint venture called Total Enterprise Control (TEC), which will focus on providing energy management and remote monitoring solutions to Ecolab’s customers.

The system will help our customers improve the efficiency of their operations, resulting in significant cost savings through a truly sustainable program.”
The Site Controls system delivers an enterprise wide solution, providing centralized visibility, as well as remote monitoring and control, across geographically dispersed locations. The web-based technology, already deployed in many commercial sites, has established the scalability and proven success that is required to address Ecolab’s customer base and market leading requirements.
