Clinton Gray, Derrick Moore and Emanuel Reed are part of a small crew of entrepreneurs, property owners and developers hoping to create a walkable, revitalized neighborhood around Buchanan Street, without gentrifying the historically black neighborhood and forcing out its longtime residents.
