Silicon Valley stock index drops as Apple, Facebook, Alphabet shares fall

Shares of the world's most valuable company, Apple, fell 1.59 percent on Wednesday, dragging down an index of Silicon Valley's biggest stocks and capping a volatile day of trading on Wall Street.
