An email offering a meeting with Putin to then-candidate Donald Trump is contained in thousands of pages of documents released by a Senate committee that questioned witnesses about a 2016 meeting in Trump Tower between Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner and a Russian lawyer who claimed to have dirt on Hillary Clinton.
