FLORAL PARK, N.Y. - Sept. 11, 2018 - PRLog -- QIRT (Quality In Real Time), a premier coding and consulting provider serving home care, hospice, and skilled nursing facilities, has hired Giovanni (Gio) Pagano, formerly of Cardinal Health, as Director of Business Development. In his new position, Gio will lead the business development and account management teams to position QIRT as the industry leader for end-to-end solutions in the post-acute space. QIRT's vision of Quality Cycle Management for the post-acute industry utilizes a strategic coordination of QIRT's five solutions to support industry organizations.
Prior to joining QIRT in September, Gio worked for Cardinal Health, Home Healthcare Solutions where he built extensive relationships with key stakeholders in the post-acute industry. Gio has dedicated 12 years of his career to the post-acute space, with 6 of those years in the home care and hospice industry. His first official QIRT outing occurs this week at the QIRT-sponsored Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice's Annual Conference in Columbus, Ohio.
QIRT CEO and President, Laura Page-Greifinger, spoke about Gio joining the QIRT team: "Quality has and always will be our most important value, yet we are finding others in the industry are placing less emphasis on quality as regulations and bottom lines continue to conflict with each other. I brought Gio on as a team member to be our 'boots on the ground'. Gio resides in northeast Ohio and is a proud father of two young girls. He is married to the love of his life Julie, whom he met at Kent State while completing an undergraduate degree in biochemistry.
