Romano's Macaroni Grill buys steakhouse brand in $32M deal

Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group (Nasdaq: DFRG) announced Tuesday that it will sell its Sullivan’s Steakhouse brand to Romano’s Macaroni Grill in a $32 million deal.
