Bayer could get new trial in $289 million Monsanto Roundup case

A ruling Wednesday in the Superior Court of California in San Francisco tentatively grants a new trial on the $250 million in punitive damages awarded in a lawsuit by a school groundskeeper who alleged Monsanto's Roundup herbicide caused his terminal cancer.
