14th Annual LA Femme International Film Festival (LAFIFF) announces TMS Entertainment, ELEVEN Arts Anime Studio, Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), SAG-AFTRA Diversity Department, WGA Women's Committee, The Governor's Office of Film and Entertainment State of Florida, Columbia College Hollywood are leading the key sponsor's for this year's festival.The festival will take place from October 11-14, 2018 : Regal Cinemas at LA LIVE in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.1000 W. LOS ANGELES - Oct. 12, 2018 - PRLog -- TMS Entertainment Co., Ltd. TMS Entertainment will host a special screening on October 12th, 4pm at the Regal Cinema at LA Live a FREE SCREENING. The segment will feature episodes of the popular anime series MEGALOBOX. There will be a Q&A panel following the screening with series producer Minako Fujiyoshi, moderated by writer Joelle Sellner. Admission is free of charge and reservations can be made at:

ELEVEN ARTS Anime Studio is a Los Angeles-based distribution company known for bringing high-quality Japanese anime to North America. ELEVEN ARTS Anime Studio will hold a special screening of the award-winning anime feature Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms, Friday, October 12th at 6PM, followed by a Q&A with VP of Development and Production Paramount Animation, Emily Nordwind, moderating and a screening of Liz and the Blue Bird, Sunday, October 14th at 12PM.  Both screenings will be at the Regal Cinemas Stadium 14 at LA LIVE.  Founded in 2005, the LA Femme International Film Festival is a premier festival that focuses on platforming women filmmakers and works "by women, for everyone."

SONY PICTURES ENTERTAINMENT, (SPE's) Diversity and Inclusion program seeks to create a working environment where differences are celebrated and each employee can feel valued and respected.  In so doing, SPE is aligned with LAFIFF's mission to change the industry's corporate culture for women in film and television in order to provide them with more opportunities in which to utilize their creative talents and interests.

Columbia College Hollywood will sponsor the panel "INTEGRATING YOUR BRAND INTO A WEBSERIES/SHORT TO LAUNCH YOUR CAREER" will be held at the college, Regal Cinemas LA LIVE, on Saturday October 13th at 11 A.M to 1 P.M.  The panel is composed of experts who have succeeded and will provide a tangible path for attendees to do the same.

LAFIFF has dramatically helped change the culture of women creating content in media. As the leading boutique women's festival in the country, LAFIFF has been a forerunner in enhancing the opportunities for those women breaking into entertainment.

TV writing is experiencing a resurgence as narrative TV shows are winning audiences with compelling storylines. Companies as Sony Pictures Entertainment is a leaders in this new TV age drama/comedy surge.

LAFIFF is a four-day festival that screens more than 100 films and hosts special screenings, seminars, and networking mixers. The 2018 festival is the 14th season launching October 11-14, 2018 at the Laemmle Theatres in Beverly Hills on Wilshire Blvd. with amazing seminars sponsored by SAG-AFTRA, WGA West, The Governor's Office of Film and Entertainment State of Florida, and Columbia College Hollywood, TMS Entertainment, Sony Pictures Entertainment and ELEVEN Arts Anime Studio.
