City officials sued over Fillmore Heritage Center, alleged failed investments

The former operator of the Rasselas Jazz Club has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleging that city officials including Mayor London Breed contributed to fraud at the Fillmore Heritage Center, costing about $100 million in failed investments.
