Forbes recently has announced its annual ranking of America’s Top Women Wealth Advisors from all 50 states. 11 women financial advisors representing six different UBS Western Division markets have made the listing for 2019. According to Forbes, top-performing advisors across the country are nominated by their firms, and then reviewed, interviewed and assigned a ranking by professional researchers with SHOOK Research, Forbes’ research partner. In all, 46 UBS female advisors made the prestigious list.

• Courtney Liddy of downtown San Diego, San Diego/Newport Beach market
• Laura Belo of San Francisco, San Francisco/Hawaii market
• Shelley Richardson of Los Gatos, CA, Silicon Valley market
• Sara Saxe of Menlo Park, CA, Silicon Valley market
• Emily Van Hoorickx of San Jose, Silicon Valley market
• Lori Daffron of Santa Barbara, CA, West LA market

Each Forbes list is based on an algorithm of qualitative and quantitative criteria, including: in-person or phone interviews; industry experience; community involvement; client retention data; and revenue trends. More than 50 percent of their revenue/production must be with individuals.

To qualify for this list, advisors must have a minimum of seven years’ experience. The algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their approach to working with clients. Portfolio performance is not a criterium. Neither Forbes nor SHOOK receive a fee in exchange for rankings.
