Mr. Ranft brings a demonstrated track record of entering new industries and broadening/strengthening our organization's relationships with existing and prospective clients. He has 10+ years experience in facilitating global cooperation networks including policymakers, philanthropists, CSR programs and NGOs/nonprofits.

Oliver joined CAF America on March 2019 as Business Development Director for Florida. His background is in political strategy and he has over 13 years of experience fundraising and development in the for-profit, non-for-profit, and government sectors, creating a global cooperation network for policy makers, grassroots activists, NGOs, philanthropists, journalists and CSR programs.
Prior to joining CAF America, Oliver specialized in developing and managing new projects for outcome maximization at the Global Activists Network, the Human Rights Foundation, and UNDP by providing technical assistance in the areas of donor relations, fundraising, production, cluster development, agenda setting and implementation. Mr. Ranft holds a BA from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Universität Potsdam.
