The Agreement calls for XYZ Global LLC and Mica Energies Corp to market a new Smart Wireless Charging technology, when available for commercial sale by Mica Energies, on the www.XYZBUYS.com website. The product, when available, is expected to be a leading-edge technology, charging wireless devices. Presently, device mobility is constrained by the charge level of the battery, so by continually charging the battery, mobility will be extended significantly, with a future goal of eliminating power charging cords.
