Despite SBA guidance being disseminated at the 11th hour, banks across the country as well as in the Triad began accepting applications today from business owners seeking to draw their share of the $349 billion allotted via the Paycheck Protection Program. When funds will hit business owners' accounts, however, is anybody's guess.
