Penguins say Pittsburgh won't be a hub city for NHL's resumed season

The plan to have Pittsburgh be one of the two hub cities, one in the Eastern Conference and the other in the Western Conference, had been assembled by the Penguins along with help in the community including UPMC and PPG.
