Triller on being TikTok's rival: We see 'ourselves as the adult version'

As Microsoft is in talks to buy parts of TikTok — and after President Donald Trump threatened to ban the app amid security concerns — the U.S.-based video-sharing app Triller has seen a boost in downloads. While the app is similar to TikTok's platform, Triller says its content is meant for an older crowd of 15- to 27-year-olds.
