Praxsyn Corporation's (OTC: PXYN, the "Company") subsidiary, Mesa Pharmacy, Inc., through its attorneys, had filed a Petition for Reconsideration of the Findings of Fact and Opinion on Decision regarding its pending litigation in California before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. The Company has now received further guidance regarding the case through its attorneys. The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of the State of California has issued an Opinion and Order Granting Petition For Reconsideration for the purpose of further deciding the substantive issues in the case. The Company's counsel has advised that, as a consequence of this decision, all further Writs would have stayed and as a consequence, the planned preparation of the appeal to the California Courts of Appeal has been postponed. Counsel has advised, based on prior experience, it could take until the end of the year to adjudicate these claims. The Company is still working on becoming current with its filings and will continue to update shareholders periodically.
