Schatz Brown Glassman LLP has added to its lineup of locations. With the recent opening of an office in the Kansas City, Missouri, Metropolitan Area, the firm now boasts offices in Connecticut, Missouri, New York and Washington.
Along with the inauguration of this new location, Schatz Brown Glassman LLP announced the addition of Dean J. Scoular as a new partner for the firm's expanding ESOP and employee benefits practice.
Dean Scoular brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having practiced employee benefits law (including ESOPs) for over 24 years. Dean's practice includes advising clients with respect to qualified plans (including ESOPs), non-qualified deferred compensation plans, health and welfare plans and other employee benefit issues. Dean provides guidance with regard to compliance issues including government agency correction programs, investigations and audits.
