LianBio, a Princeton , NJ-Shanghai biopharma, has filed for a $100 million IPO on the NASDAQ exchange. LianBio currently has a pipeline of nine in-licensed candidates in five therapeutic areas including oncology. The company was formed by US-based Perceptive Investors to bring promising products from its large portfolio of life science companies to China 's market, while LianBio also in-licenses candidates from other companies.
