Playbux Partners with Vite Labs to Provide Zero-Fee AI-Powered On-Chain Gaming

SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE / ACCESSWIRE / July 22, 2024 / The leading Web3 gaming project, Playbux, is partnering with Vite Labs ($VITE) to lower the barriers to entry and foster a more active and vibrant community. This will further allow Playbux to compete with the fast and free Web2.

Playbux began its journey with the BNB chain with incubation support from Binance Labs and is now enhancing its platform by partnering with Vite. Playbux recently announced to become a gas-free L1 to expand its already leading foothold in the gameverse and break through the costly transaction fees.

Vite is a DAG-based smart contract blockchain that provides zero-fee, lightning-fast transactions for the decentralized economy while maintaining compatibility with EVM.

With this partnership, Playbux will be able to offer its users the ability to transact for absolutely free. Besides allowing transactions with zero gas spent, Playbux app-game users will also enjoy speed, making the whole experience more fulfilling.

This is made possible through Vite's DAG ledger and consensus mechanism, which is not only eco-friendly thanks to its extremely low carbon footprint but also allows for instant finality and, hence, will bring lightning-fast speed to Playbux games.

Playbux users will further benefit from the easy, trustless transfer of assets between any two chains. In addition to cross-chain functionality, Vite's zero-fee blockchain also supports Solidity and its proprietary Solidity++, an asynchronous smart contract language.

Equipped with these enhanced capabilities, Playbux aims to advance blockchain gaming. Already, Playbux has created a strong presence in this burgeoning sector with over 640K+ unique users. Moreover, it has achieved over 18.6M transactions. But while Web3 gaming is gaining market traction, Playbux has found gas fees to be acting as a limiting factor to the sector's mainstream adoption. This will also help in fulfilling the "onboarding of the 1,000,000 new users" aim of the project.

Now, Playbux's collaboration with Vite Labs will allow it to make the on-chain gaming experience cost-efficient and more enriching, catalyzing broader participation.

"The adoption of Web3 gaming could see a significant boost if transaction costs were eliminated from the equation. This is precisely the rationale behind our development of a gas-free Layer 1 blockchain, designed to facilitate greater engagement with Web3 gaming. We are pleased to collaborate with Vite Labs in bringing this vision to fruition. We look forward to building and helping others build on our Gas-free, AI-Powered Blockchain. The future is bright." said Sarun Vichayabhai, CEO of Playbux.
