Six loanDepot Originators Recognized on AREAA’s 2024 A-List

Honors top-producing originators for their outstanding achievements within the AANHPI community

loanDepot, a leading provider of products and services that power the homeownership journey, is proud to announce that six of its retail loan originators have been named to the Asian Real Estate Association of America's (AREAA) annual “A-List,” which recognizes the housing industry's top-producing Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) professionals and their contributions to the AANHPI community.

“As a purpose-driven lender, we’re committed to meeting the needs of today’s diverse communities by recruiting and supporting exceptional mortgage professionals who are representative of the communities they serve,” said loanDepot Executive Vice President John Bianchi. “This recognition from AREAA underscores the dedication of our originators and the positive impact they have in making the dream of homeownership possible for more families across the country.”

The 2024 A-List recognized top originators by both loan dollar volume and units. Among loanDepot’s honorees, Nathan Sibbet ranked 7th by volume and tied for 4th by units, while Meinoh Kim ranked 25th by volume and 26th by units. Additionally, Kimberly Kawachi and Vincent Lau ranked 26th and 29th by volume, respectively—Suzie Kondylopoulo tied for 26th by units, and Lauren Jung secured the 28th spot by units, reflecting the team's remarkable performance and commitment to serving their clients.

“Mortgage professionals who come from the communities they serve are uniquely positioned to build trust and confidence among homebuyers, which is vital in guiding them through the journey to homeownership and beyond,” said loanDepot Vice President of Community Lending Jesus Cruz.

AREAA is a national nonprofit trade organization dedicated to improving the lives of the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) community through homeownership.
