New 88-Suite Hotel Opens its Doors Welcoming Guests to the Geneva Area

ASHTABULA, Ohio - March 1, 2024 - PRLog -- Marriott International's TownePlace Suites by Marriott Geneva at SPIRE Academy is opening for business today. The new 88-suite extended-stay hotel is built for travelers looking for a welcoming place where they can settle-in, maintain their routine, and easily connect to SPIRE Academy and the surrounding Geneva area.

Located at 5327 Spire Circle, it will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Blue Ocean, Renew Partners and JCI Contractors, and managed by InterMountain Management, LLC of Monroe, Louisiana.
